Refund Policy
At Larib AC & Household Appliance Repair, Our team works hard to fix and keep our clients happy in Ajman & Sharjah. We care if you are happy. This refund policy covers when and how you can get back money from us. This policy states what to do if a client is eligible for a refund and how they will make change.
When a Refund Is Allowed
In some cases, we might give all or part of the money back:
1. Service Not Delivered
If our expert did not come or the service was not done because of our fault, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellation Before Service
you can cancel your service with no fee if you do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation charges.
3. Unsatisfactory Service
If you don’t like what we do for you and you tell us about this within 12 hours, we will then look into this. If the service was not good enough, we might pay you full or part of what you paid us.
4. Duplicate Payment
If you pay more than once for same service, we will the pay back the extra charges after we check..
Non-refundable Cases
We will not give back money for any of the following situations:
- Service was not given for less than 3 hours before the time the client set.
- No one was at the place where service was supposed to be for the technician to do the job.
- Complaints, concerns, or disgruntlement come after 12 hours of service.
- Displeasure with the service if nothing is wrong.
- If parts or equipment were bought and attached successfully.
How to Ask for Refund
If you want a refund, you need to contact us using one of the following ways

- Your full name
- Service address
- Order or invoice number
- Date of service
- Reason for refund request
We will review your message within 1 business days and respond accordingly.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will take as standard when you first paid to give back your money. It can take up to 2 day till they’re made. However, they can take more time to give the money back. This depends on your bank or payment provider.
Policy Updates
We have the right to change these rules on how to get money back anytime and without telling you before. The newest one will always be on our site at all times.
Customer Rights
We follow the rules set by the UAE’s customer protection list. We want to be fair, open and trustworthy. If you feel you were not given your full rights as a customer, then contact us and we will do our best to fix the matter.
